WESTconsin Credit Union Announces New Vice President – Chippewa Valley Offices

WESTconsin Credit Union is pleased to promote Erica Payne to Vice President – Chippewa Valley Offices. Payne has been a valuable member of the WESTconsin Credit Union team since 2016, previously as the Baldwin Office Supervisor. She recently earned an MBA from Hamline University with a concentration in Leadership and Change Management.

As Vice President – Chippewa Valley Offices, Payne will oversee the Eau Claire, Altoona, and Chippewa Falls locations. She is thrilled to be a part of the vibrant and fast-growing communities, as well as join the dedicated teams in each office. She said she has been fortunate to have amazing mentors and leaders that have inspired her throughout her career, and she hopes to do that for others in this new role.   

“I am looking forward to engaging with the teams in the Chippewa Valley and finding ways that we can Inspire Better together for our members and communities,” Payne said. “I appreciate the value that WESTconsin places on its’ employees and their engagement and development. I am excited to take my education and previous experience and do the same for my teams.”

With 22 years in the financial industry, Payne’s passion for financial literacy and previous experience and education will set her up for success in finding ways to make the greatest impact on members’ financial journeys in her new role.
